I am sceptical about AI in coaching, whichever form you practice. My expectation of my agile coaches is that they'll 'read the room' and find where the issues exist interpersonally. AI may be good at synthesising information and spitting out an answer, but it's far from reading body language and interpreting how teams can improve productivity. AI won't replace coaches who master this art. Coaches that merely repeat the book are already being replaced.
