Much depends on what kind of organisation you work for. If I were in the office full time, 80% of my time would be spent on calls with my teams in other countries. However, focused time in the office to collaborate and meet face to face is useful, and it does cut down slightly on the "30 minute meeting to discuss 3 minutes of business".
